Self taught and further trained at the London School of Makeup.

Ema has a background in entertainment; 

born to performers and inspired by her circus upbringing she spent her earlier years as an actress & dancer, and more recently stage managing at Glastonbury Festival.
Being backstage 'behind the curtains', contributing to a final production, working with artists to create a look, feel, story; this is where you’ll find Ema most comfortable and confident.

Having also managed restaurants in the past, she understands the importance of working in a large team, keeping calm under pressure, and providing hospitality; Ema will always put the kettle on as soon as she arrives on set, and make sure everyone is being well looked after.
